Location is excellent with Tottenham Court tube station within a 2 minute walk; there is plenty of shops nearby for extras like Tesco, Burger King and Primark. Staff are friendly and efficient with exceedingly quick check in and check out and there is a restaurant onsite should you wish to upgrade to breakfast included. Should you fancy dining elsewhere for breakfast etc there are plenty of options within 5-10 mins walking distance as well as a lovely cafe just on the corner by the hotel too. The lifts are plentiful so you don't have to wait a long time, otherwise there is a stairwell available should you fancy a work out. The room is well laid out, with plenty of storage and a comfy bed. There is plenty of USB charging points as well as a 3-pin plug available. There is a hairdryer in the room as well as coffee/tea making facilities. I spied a ironing room in the main corridor by the lifts which might be beneficial to take note of.

Location was excellent. On arrival we were met with a very sour young man barely spoke to us lucky to get directions to our room. The staff in the main Bar were also not very friendly. The open 24 hour restaurant was different very friendly staff and lovely food but beware of 15% service charge which I felt was a lot. Our room was a basic 2 single bed s very clean with a great shower , not much room to spare but manageable the beds were comfortable but are very narrow. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels also . As we were going to an Arsenal ladies match it was the perfect location just around the corner from the underground and also ideal to get to and from Stansted. It's £25 single fair from Liverpool Street underground to airport. You are in walking distance of all the main site seeing ie Oxford street Soho Chinatown Trafalgar Sq etc . For that alone I would recommend this Hotel

Excellent! Upon emailing the hotel they upgraded me to a wheelchair accessible room with no extra charge. This was a huge weight off my mind as travelling with my electric wheelchair is always a struggle. The room had a wetroom with red emergency cord and shower chair. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurants attached to the hotel were very convenient too. I had concerns reading reviews about the lifts and lack of heating, but this wasn't my experience at all. There were plenty of lifts available on both sides of the lobby and the wait wasn't long. The room wasn't cold and had a heater/fan on the wall, as well as a large throw blanket provided if needed. My carer and I had a great stay in a very good central location.

The location was very good for myself and my daughter as we were booked to see the pantomime at the London Palladium. 15 minutes walk. The room was fine, clean warm and comfortable. We would have liked a second pillow but managed. The breakfast was ok, cereal and fruit lovely. I had poached eggs on toast, the eggs were like rubber so couldnt eat. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. This room was much better than the first. It seemed brighter and slightly bigger. Will definetely come again/

Perfectly located near Oxford street and easily reachable by underground and buses. Good location for whoever wants to stay in the centre of London all sights of interest are easily reachable with public transport. Good daily English breakfast with also some continental options. We also dined twice at the hotel's restaurants and both meals were great. Overall great value for money. We will definitely visit it again!!
